Priscilla Turner Spada
Priscilla lives in Newburyport, MA and is a new member—Jan.2020—of the Powow River Poets. She has manned the book-sales table at the Powow Saturday readings at the Newburyport Public Library for four years. Her chapbook, Light in Unopened Windows, was published by Finishing Line Press in 2016. She is included in seven Ibbetson Street literary anthologies, #'s 40 to 46; Merrimac Mic anthologies #'s II, IV, V; What is Home, an anthology published by the Portsmouth (NH) Poet Laureate Project; and Wingbeats II, Dos Gatos Press. She has read and been featured at many local and regional venues. She is also an artist—drawing and painting, and a glassbead/jewelry maker, having her own business for 20 years—published in Lark Books and other art publications. Priscilla sings with a 200-women world music chorus based in Portsmouth, NH.
